⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ My experience was very mixed. The staff inside the building were polite, professional, and respectful. They answered my questions and treated me with courtesy, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience at the guard shack was completely different. The gentleman working there was rude, unprofessional, and not punctual. To make matters worse, he was smoking cigarettes while interacting with me, and the smoke was blowing directly in my face, which was very unpleasant and disrespectful. I was simply asking questions so I could better understand the check-in process, but instead of providing helpful guidance, he seemed irritated and made me wait even longer because I was trying to get clarification. There was no reason for the unnecessary delay or the poor attitude. The employees inside the building represent the business well, but the experience at the guard shack leaves a negative first impression. I hope management addresses the professionalism, customer service, and punctuality at the entrance so future visitors are treated with the same respect they receive once they’re inside.

I came here today to pick up a new trailer, and my experience was a mix of a terrible gate interaction and a great yard interaction. The person working security at the gate was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Because I have a long last name, I offered my ID to make the check-in process easier for both of us. Instead of just looking at the ID, he mockingly asked if I didn't know how to spell my own name. When I explained I was just trying to be helpful, he claimed that by DOT regulations I "must speak fluent English" because I have an accent—even though he understood every single word I said perfectly. It felt deeply discriminatory and uncalled for. On a positive note, once I got inside the yard, the mechanics I dealt with were very nice, respectful, and professional people. It is a shame that a great team on the inside is being represented by someone so hostile at the front gate. Management needs to address how their security staff treats drivers.

A very bad man with no expression on his face is sitting at security; he made me wait for 3 hours.

I was very pleased and welcomed with highly respected gentleman at the front desk. I had an issue with some of the lug nuts coming loose while on the road. The guys are very Professional, and went out of their way to replace them without charging for parts, that’s hard to come by. Very helpful and wanted to pass that on with mutual respect! Thank You
